To accept the replacement of a product should comply with the following characteristics: a) The products should not be worn outdoors. It should be in their original condition. b) The goods must be returned in their packaging without undamaged and the package in which you installed the product should be properly closed. c) The products must be returned within 30 days from receipt of order. d) the customer must notify by an email the ROCKIT.GR that the product received is defective. e) The refund will be done free of charge transport to the ROCKIT.GR unless preceded otherwise agreed with the customer.
RETURN NOT DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CUSTOMER
